About Me

My photo
Chabrier
My name is Annie and I paint under the name of Chabrier. I've worked as an artist all my adult life. I usually worked for large corporations, doing resin pours, etched glass, stain glass, sculpted architectural appointments, and paintings or murals. Most of these works can be seen in Major Hotels, Casinos in Las Vegas and Atlantic City, and in corporate and private jets. If you've ever been to Las Vegas a good example of my work is the Mirage. I sculpted the original ceiling panels, crown mouldings, base mouldings, and leaf table tops for DEC Associates the company that manufactured all these parts. Now I am concentrating on my private art work, and trying to network with other artists. I have a husband and two grown sons, and a couple of wonderful German Shepherd dogs. I live out in the country, with emus for neigbors, and roses and fruit trees. My favorite flowers are Roses and Bearded Iris. I paint what I know and what I grow. I work from life or photographs or both. I love the San Diego Zoo and The Wild Animal Park, and love to photograph the birds there. I draw everyday for www.jellybeanstock.com and my paintings can be seen
